Yes, that’s right—USAID actually paid for this terrorist’s education at Colorado State University back in the ’90s.

How did this radical Islamist pull it off? Well, he played the system by lying about where he was from and pretending to be a Yemeni national! Can you believe it? A U.S. citizen, lying his way into a scholarship while the so-called “experts” at USAID took him at his word.
